Shuai Wang

Hi, I'm Shuai Wang, a Postdoctoral Associate at the School of Public Health, Yale University (co-working with Dr. Yize Zhao, Dr. Qingyu Chen), working on Medical Agentic Research.

Previously, I was a Senior Research Scientist at Huawei Noah's Ark Lab from 2021 to 2025 (co-working with Dr. Kaiwen Zhou, Dr. Weiwen Liu), where I served as the project leader of the GUI Agent team, leading the pre-research on GUI Agents and supporting the product release of the XiaoYi mobile assistant. I was also a core contributor for post-training and tool-learning of LLMs at Noah's Ark Lab.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Peking University in 2021, advised on Software Engineering(advised by Prof. Junfei Liu), and my B.S. from Wuhan University in 2016, advised on Software Engineering

My research interests span Medical Agents, GUI Agents, Tool Learning for LLMs, and Agentic LLM Post-training.
